What Does Made-to-Order Mean?

At Rozinesa, every garment is made-to-order. This means that once your order is placed, the piece is crafted exclusively for you in our atelier.

The fashion industry is one of the most polluting sectors after oil. To minimize our environmental impact and avoid overproduction, we operate with a made-to-order model. This allows us to reduce waste, work sustainably, and limit our carbon footprint.

All made-to-order pieces take 1–7 business days to be produced and prepared for shipment, unless otherwise stated during seasonal sales or high-demand periods.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, it can be exchanged for store credit within 15 business days by including the original gift card.


Shipping

All international orders are subject to shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes payable by the recipient.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and belong entirely to the customer, including both the return and delivery of exchange items.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days, unless otherwise specified. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Deliveries to Europe, America, Asia, and Australia typically take 1–5 business days once dispatched.

All prices on www.rozinesa.com are displayed in local currencies but are charged in Euro (€) according to your bank’s daily exchange rate.
