Returns and Exchanges
Since all Rozinesa garments are made-to-order, we do not accept returns.
However, we offer exchanges through store credit within 15 business days of the purchase date.
To request an exchange, please contact info@rozinesa.com. Only exchange requests made to this email address will be processed.
The item must be unused, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging, including the garment bag and all accompanying accessories. Once received and inspected, a store credit will be issued if the item meets our policy requirements.
Rozinesa reserves the right to deny exchanges if the returned item does not comply with the above conditions.
Shipping costs related to exchanges (both return and re-shipment) are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items
All made-to-order garments are produced specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable under consumer protection regulations.
Items that are custom-made, altered, or personalized are not eligible for return or cancellation once production begins.
